Customs & Import VAT

Any additional customs charges or fees are the buyers responsibility. These charges vary depending on your location, so please check first prior to ordering if you wish to find out how much.

Banned in Britain is based in the UK, and therefore customs & import tax fees will occur upon delivery or your order. Banned in Britain is not responsible for any customs delays.

Processing Times

All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 weeks, not including weekends & bank holidays. Some orders may be dispatched earlier depending on my work load.

How long does your shipping take?

Please allow up to 20 days for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders to arrive especially with the current problems with Royal Mail.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering, after 24 hours the order cannot be cancelled. My items are made to order, therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues at all with your order, please contact me at bannedbritain@gmail.com
